Dr. Marie Bui is a Board-Certified Ophthalmologist and Award-Winning Cataract Refractive Surgeon who has served the Austin and Central Texas area since 2013. She founded Truvision Eye Center with a mission to provide the best eye care, with the safest, most reliable and innovative technology available.
Dr. Bui was born in New Orleans, LA and grew up in Port Arthur, TX. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor's degree and obtained a Master’s degree from the University of Texas at Dallas. She then completed her medical training and Ophthalmology Residency at McGovern Medical School in Houston.
Taking a personal approach to each patient is the hallmark of Dr. Bui, who prides herself on spending time with patients to understand their needs. Her exceptional training and extensive experience have made her a strong surgeon, specializing in cataract, microinvasive glaucoma and refractive surgery.
