Dr. Sean McCance is board certified in orthopaedic surgery and spine surgery, and serves as co-director of the Orthopaedic Spine Surgery Program at Mount Sinai Medical Center. Dr. McCance has been in private practice for 18 years, and is the director of Spine Associates. Dr. McCance has extensive experience in the surgical management of both routine and complex disorders of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine. He has particular expertise in revision spine surgery, cervical spine disorders, herniated disks and scoliosis. Dr. McCance has frequently been included in “America’s Top Physicians” and “America’s Best Doctors” lists. He is a graduate of Columbia University’s College of Physicians and Surgeons.
