Dr. Melvin Rothberger, a board certified ophthalmologist, specializes in diseases of the eye. After graduating from New York University’s School of Medicine, he completed an internship at NYU Medical Center and a residency at Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital. Dr. Rothberger is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American College of Surgeons and the American Board of Ophthalmology. He is a member of the New York State Ophthalmology Society, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and the New York State Medical Society. He is affiliated with New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai and Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital of Northwell Hospital Systems.
