Profile

Ayuko Iverson, MD, FACMG is an Assistant Professor in the Departments of Medicine and Genetics and Genomic Sciences at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Dr. Iverson received her medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed her combined Internal Medicine and Medical Genetics residency at Mount Sinai. She practices both general internal medicine and clinical genetics, with a focus on the diagnosis and management of adults with genetic conditions. She is currently the Clinical Director of the Adult Genetics Program and the High-Risk Cancer Surveillance Program. She is also deeply committed to teaching and supporting the growth of students and trainees in genomic medicine.
