Dr. Rom Kandavel is a board certified ophthalmologist specializing in cataract and laser eye surgery. After attending Harvard-Westlake School, he received his biology degree from UCLA, graduating Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude. He graduated at the top of his class with Alpha Omega Alpha honors from UC Davis Medical School on a full academic scholarship. Dr. Kandavel trained at the prestigious Gavin Herbert Eye Institute at UC Irvine.
