Dr. Pfeiffer is a board-certified ophthalmologist and a member of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. She performs cosmetic and reconstructive surgery on the eyelids, tear ducts, and eye socket. She graduated from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston and was honored as the most outstanding student in ophthalmology. She was voted “Outstanding Resident” by her peers at the Ruiz Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Science at The University of Texas Medical School at Houston. She completed a fellowship in oculofacial plastic surgery at the University of Southern California Roski Eye Institute.
