Question: What are your tips for maintaining overall joint health?


Desai: Maintaining an active lifestyle and a healthy diet are important for good
joint health. It's important for the foot and ankle to keep the muscles strong,
and the calf and Achilles tendon flexible. (Dr. Desai)

Crawford: Avoid activities that are hard on the joints, such as kneeling and deep
squats. If you have to kneel make sure to use a towel or pad. (Dr. Crawford)
