Richard Byrd, M.D., named to the 2019 Texas Super Doctors® Legacy Hall of Fame for having made the Super Doctors list 15 years in a row, is Chief of Pediatrics at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic and Managing Physician of Kelsey-Seybold’s Sienna Plantation Clinic. His clinical interests include childhood immunizations, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, breastfeeding, preventive care, and childhood obesity. He attended medical school at Texas A&M University and completed his internship and residency at Scott & White Hospital in Temple, Texas. “I consider it a privilege to be a family’s pediatrician. I encourage patients and their families to be knowledgeable about their health and options for care,” Dr. Byrd says. He cares for patients at Kelsey-Seybold’s Sienna Plantation Clinic.
