Dr. Justin Klimisch is board certified and earned his doctorate of medicine from UT
Medical Branch School of Medicine. He remained at UTMB, completing his internship
and residency in orthopaedic surgery. Later, Dr. Klimisch completed an accredited fellowship
in adult reconstruction and joint replacement surgery at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston.
After his fellowship, Dr. Klimisch was in private practice at Bone & Joint Center of Seattle, and
was an assistant clinical professor at the University of Washington Department of Orthopaedic
Surgery and Sports Medicine. Dr. Klimisch serves as the medical director of disease specific
care certification for hip and knee replacement at Doctors Regional, where he also serves as
chief of surgery. He stays at the forefront of the latest technological advances as a consulting
surgeon, and trains other surgeons from around the nation in the latest evidence-based hip
and knee surgery techniques. He specializes in computer-navigated and robotic surgery.y.
