Profile

Robin Baradarian, MD, FACG, is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He is also the Chief of Gastroenterology at Beth Israel Medical Center Brooklyn. Dr. Baradarian also serves as co-director of The Greater New York Ambulatory and Surgical Center. Dr. Baradarian has authored numerous research publications and has won many prestigious awards in medicine and medical research. He is regarded as an expert in the field of Gastroenterology. Aside from the management of liver, pancreatic and gastrointestinal disease, Dr. Baradarian specializes in endoscopy, colonoscopy, advanced endoscopic therapeutic procedures, large colon and gastric polyp resection as well as ERCP and endoscopic ultrasound. Dr. Robin Baradarian is fluent in English, Persian and Spanish.

Dr. Baradarian completed his undergraduate education at New York University, followed by several years of advanced research at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Baradarian attended medical school at St. George's University School of Medicine, and completed his residency training at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn. He completed his Gastroenterology fellowship at Maimonides Medical Center as well as completing a specialty rotation in Hepatology and Transplantation at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Manhattan.
