Dr. Andrew Casden, Associate Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Mount Sinai Medical Center is a board-certified orthopaedic spine surgeon specializing in the treatment of herniated discs, spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis, and degenerative disease of the spine. In addition, his expertise includes spinal deformity such as scoliosis and kyphosis in children and adults. Dr. Casden has extensive experience in the new and exciting field of minimally invasive spinal surgery (MISS). Many conditions previously treated with conventional surgery can now be addressed through MISS. Patients can expect a faster recovery with less pain. Dr. Casden is available for consultation in his New York office at Mount Sinai or his Westchester office located in White Plains.
